Senior Volunteering
GIVE, (Grundtvig Initiative on Volunteering in Europe for Seniors) is a new initiative under the Lifelong Learning Programme to support transnational exchange projects for individuals aged 50+ who work in local voluntary sector organisations. Projects may relate to the formal or informal non-profit making activities of sending and hosting organisations that provide good collaborative learning opportunities (e.g. for exchange and mutual acquisition of experience, knowledge and good practice or for intensified European outlooks).
